ASME Pressure Vessels

The majority of pressure vessels E & H builds are separators and drips for the oil and gas industry. We also build desiccant dryers, coalescing filters, scrubbers, and other vessels to fill our customer's needs.

In early 1992, as our market grew, we felt we should be able to provide our customers with vessels that had the ASME "U" Stamp. By August of 1992 we had developed an extensive Quality Control Manual and received authorization from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (www.asme.org) to put the ASME "U" Stamp on our vessels. We are also authorized to register each of our ASME vessels with The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (www.nationalboard.org). Data Reports on all of our ASME vessels are on record with The National Board, and can be obtained from the National Board or us.

All of our pressure vessels are hydro-tested as per ASME Code specifications. Our third party inspector, HSB Global Standards Code Services (www.hsbglobalstandards.com) inspects the ASME vessels, and our non-code vessels are inspected in house.

V636 - 500# vertical manual 6" x 36" drip
PS636 - 500# 6" x 36" positive shutoff drip
V860 - 500# vertical manual 8" x 60" drip
PS860 - 500# 8" x 60" positive shutoff drip
V1260 - 500# vertical manual 12" x 60" drip
PS1260 - 500# 12" x 60" positive shutoff drip
VS2430 - 250# vertical compact separator
VS2460 - 250# vertical full-size separator
5S2430 - 500# vertical compact separator

These are just a few of the vessels we offer. Others can be built as needed.
